Masque® Repertoire: archiving and content management
Designed to support professional performing arts organisations Masque® gives you a complete system to record and display all past, current and future performances; provides full facilities to record the details of performers, the performances and roles they have played in; enables you to keep a complete description of your repertoire; and lets you maintain a complete media library of images, sounds, video and documents - choosing which you want to publish on the web and those you want to keep for internal use only.
Providing you with a central repository of your performing information you will be able to present a consistent and reliable view of your history and a library of images and other media to draw upon for your marketing.
The Masque® web module enables you to easily use your archive as a major part of your website and for those parts that are not part of the archive, you can use our inbuilt Livebase® content management system to control and easily create website content.
Not only does Masque® make it easy for you to publish your website, it provides a live feed that means it is simple to control what is displayed when and for how long.
The use of templates and style sheets also means that you control exactly how you want your website to look and feel and with support for multiple gallery display modes the options are endless.
Masque® is designed to hold all the details of your repertoire, even enabling you to pull together several items for mixed bill productions. Your production information can cover everything from the date and place to the first performance world wide to the full list of credits and onto links to associated information such as other web pages or related merchandise in your on-line shop.
You can record act by act story guides; upload a complete story guide in pdf or word format and provide a synopsis of the production for quick reference. Additionally, set up a list of all the parts in the production and use this when recording performances to easily create a cast list.
A full media library enables you to display images etc of past performances, behind the scenes, rehearsals etc. These can be simply linked to the production or to individual acts if need be.

For each person you can maintain an image library, record a full biography and use the cast listing to keep a history of all the roles they have played. Additionally, you can record web links to related merchandise and pages on other web sites, such as reviews, interviews etc.
